TODAY'S BLESSINGS

I did something unique, and very special, this morning. It was a huge honor to be asked to attend. I had never gone to one before and had always wondered about it what would be like. B and I went to a naturalization, and swearing in, of about one hundred new Americans today. Talk about a major blessing (62). It was quite moving. (Hence the American flag image.)

63 The Declaration of Independence

64 The U.S. Constitution

65 Our freedom

66 The U.S. military. Past 67, future 68, and present 69.

70 People becoming American the right and legal way. Admirable. Honorable. (Well done.)

71 All of my family coming here to the USA in the 1600s, through Jamestown mainly and a few through Plymouth (72).

73 B and I both had a terrible night's sleep last night, but we got through today so far. Lord, You helped us through. We've had the energy to do what needed to be done.

74 B and I went out to eat on the way home. That was nice. And, we got some of the coffee we were sorely lacking.

75 Ant spray! (Whoops. I typed 'aunt' spray. Lol. I love my aunts. I've never felt that way about them. 76.) When we got home, there was a pile of ants in our kitchen sink. (Yuck.) So, thank God for silicone to patch their entrance (77). 

78 The television show, CASTLE. Love it. Recording re-runs and watching them.

79 DVR. It's a wonderful invention, being able to record television shows and movies.
