23 These commands are like a lamp;
this ·teaching [instruction] is like a light [making things clear].

His Word shows me how to live, so this shows how critical it is for me to be in the Bible every day, preferably all day long. There is nothing more important.
If I want to live in Your will, Lord, this is how to do it: Be in Your Word. Lord, help me to get as much out of Your Word as possible and mediate on it day and night (Psalm 1:2).
