Jot down lists, sentences, paragraphs, snapshots--and anything and everything that comes to mind that you want to explore throughout your day every day.
After all, this is where you get the material to mine your memories. It can also be called your Future Journaling Lists.
Jot down memories, thoughts, questions, ideas, dreams, goals, experiences, challenges, happy times, questions, challenges, lessons learned, people, places, things/objects, etc. Get it all down on the page in a form of a list or in paragraphs..
Later, you will go back to them and write more about them--as you are led.
Make sure to mark these as Memories to Mine Lists or as Future Journaling Lists.
Then, every couple days (and at the very least once a week), go through these lists and do a longer journal entry on at least three items from the Memories to Mine or Your Future Journaling Lists. SEE THE MINING YOUR MEMORIES WITH LISTS JOURNALING EXERCISE here:
Do the previous journaling exercise--again--once every couple days (ideally) to once a week (at the least).
